Our nightly rates vary by season.

 

LOW SEASON (January • September - December, excluding holidays)

from $259-$279 per night

 

MAIN SEASON (February-August, excluding holidays)

from $285-$299 per night

 

HOLIDAYS (Easter, Whitsun, Half Term, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year)

from $299-$349 per night

 

All rates quoted are ex-Florida state tax and a departure clean fee of $180

We also require all guests to pay a one-off $60 accidental damage insurance fee (this covers your whole party)

 

Pool heat available at extra cost, with an indulgent "90 degree" optional upgrade

 

discounts available for longer stays and last minute breaks - please ask!
