Our nightly rates vary by season.

 

LOW SEASON (January • September - December, excluding holidays)

from $159-$175 per night

 

MAIN SEASON (February-August, excluding holidays)

from $179-$195 per night

 

HOLIDAYS (Easter, Whitsun, Half Term, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year)

from $195-$239 per night

 

All rates quoted are ex-Florida state tax and a departure clean fee of $125

We also require all guests to pay a one-off $60 accidental damage insurance fee (this covers your whole party)

 

discounts available for longer stays and last minute breaks - please ask!
